Fairway Anywhere is a fully mobile golf simulator rental service built for weddings, brewery events, corporate parties, and private celebrations. We bring a premium, full-swing golf simulator to your venue — complete with games, contests, and custom branding options.

How much does it cost to rent our mobile golf simulator?

Our standard pricing tiers are:

  • Package 1 (3 Hours): $899

  • Package 2 (4 Hours): $1,149

  • Package 3 (5 Hours): $1,399

There are optional add-ons as well

Can the golf simulator be set up outdoors?

Yes! Fairway Anywhere is built for outdoor events. We use a professional enclosure and weather-resistant setup components. We recommend a flat 18x20 ft surface, We bring everything needed to operate in outdoor conditions.

Do you need power at the venue?

Yes — we require access to at least 1 standard 110V outlet.
If power isn’t available, we offer a quiet generator add-on that powers the entire setup.

Do you provide an attendant?

Yes. Every booking includes an on-site operator who handles setup, monitors gameplay, helps guests, and manages teardown.

What games are available on the simulator?

We offer:

  • Closest to the Pin

  • Long Drive

  • Mini games & practice modes

  • 260 real golf courses to play

Gameplay is customizable based on your crowd and event style.

What areas do you serve?

We currently service:

  • Maryland (Annapolis, Severna Park, Baltimore, etc.)

  • Washington, D.C.

  • Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun)

Cancellation Policy

Non Refundable Deposit: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if rescheduled according to the terms below.

Final Payment: Once your booking is confirmed, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent via email. This balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event. If the balance is not paid by this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

  • Less than [48/72] Hours Notice: Cancellations made within this window are subject to a charge of 50% of the total invoice amount.

  • Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel on the day of the event or we arrive at the location and cannot set up (due to lack of space or power), the full invoice amount remains due and is non-refundable.

Weather & Technical Issues:

Because we are a mobile service, safety is our priority.

  • Inclement Weather: If we determine that weather conditions (rain, high winds, lightning, extreme temperatures) make it unsafe to operate, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund (including deposit) may be issued at our discretion

  • Site Requirements: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a flat, accessible area of at least 15’ x 20’ with access to a dedicated power outlet.
